Maria Gabriella Perez Scammed Celebrities Via Chez Gabriela Studio – Gabriela Perez owns the Chez Gabriela studio that ripped off a number of very high profile clients with credit card fraud. She hurt a number of stars through her scams and was arrested on Wednesday after claims were made that she used credit card information to make bogus charges on a number of different accounts.

The celebrities who were named include Jennifer Aniston, Anne Hathaway, Liv Tyler and Cher.

Aniston recently brought up the salon scam on Good Morning America, saying that there is “a situation that was not cool so I just stopped going to see Perez. She also said that she knew that something like this was going to eventually happen because there is no way that someone could get away with it for a long period of time.

Maria was arrested while at lunch with make-up artist and A-List photographer, Troy Jensen, who Twittered (and Twittered me) "OMG! News camera in my face! As I was meeting my friend for dinner, only to find out my friend was charged w/ credit card fraud!"
