Paris Hilton's new romance with Todd Phillips appears to be heating up, with the pair seemingly inseparable.

Director Todd and socialite Paris have been seen together three times in the past week, including when they were caught kissing in a Hollywood nightclub last Thursday.

They were spotted leaving a restaurant in Malibu yesterday and enjoyed the Independence Day weekend partying.

Onlookers at a star-studded celebrity bash they attended were surprised by how open they were being about their romance.

"They were getting very friendly and didn't mind who saw," an onlooker is quoted as saying in British newspaper The Daily Mail.

"Paris couldn't keep her hands off Todd and he was loving the attention. He looked like the cat who got the cream."

Bradley Cooper, who stars in The Hangover movies Todd is famous for, was also in attendance at the party, as was Scottish heartthrob Gerard Butler.

Paris, 30, split from long term boyfriend Cy Waits just last month.

Paris Hilton’s Hair Extension Legal Battle Lengthens to $70 Million

Paris Hilton has been weaved into a legal battle with Hairtech International over a brand of extensions she was contracted to endorse. According to new reports, the company is now requesting even more money in their suit.

TMZ reports that Hairtech International recently adjusted their lawsuit to the amount of $70 million instead of the original $35 million in profit compensation.

The company asserts that Paris did not live up to her end of the bargain in promoting and actually wearing the hair extensions, costing them millions in lost profit.

Hairtech also states that when Paris was sent to jail in 2007, she automatically breached the arrangement, in which she was paid $3.5 million.

Paris allegedly even wore a different company’s hair extensions when she had agreed to promote Hairtech’s merchandise.

Paris Hilton admits to lying to officer, avoids jail

Paris Hilton won’t go to jail after admitting she lied to cops about possessing cocaine. After a baggie was found in her Chanel clutch, “I said that the purse wasn’t mine to the officer, your honor,” she admitted in court Monday.

Under the terms of a deal, the heiress pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor charges — drug possession and obstructing an officer. She’ll do a year of probation, attend an “intensive” substance abuse program, pay a $2,000 fine — chump change to her — and complete 200 hours of community service.

If the celebutante is arrested within the year, however, she’ll spend a year behind bars, the judge said, adding that “the Clark County Detention Center is not the Waldorf Astoria.”

Why did Paris originally tell authorities the cocaine found in her purse didn’t belong to her, even speculating that it was “gum”?

“At the moment it all came down, she was scared,” a source told People magazine. “But since then, she’s had time to think about her actions and she’s taking this really seriously.”

Indeed, TMZ sources said Paris is “over being a party girl” and has proclaimed to pals, “I’m taking this whole ordeal as a wake-up call.”

The former “Simple Life” star wants to “trade in the club scene for a life at home” and “finally grow up and become a responsible adult.” She reportedly plans to focus on business endeavors and volunteer at animal shelters.

Hm. When Paris did jail time back in 2007, she emerged claiming she wanted to focus on charity work and make a humanitarian trip to Africa.

How’d that work out? Oh, right, it didn’t.

Paris Hilton smiled in her mugshot after she was arrested Friday night on suspicion of felony cocaine possession in Las Vegas (see above).

Her attorney is urging people "not to rush to judgment until all of the facts have been dealt with in a court of law."

Paris Hilton Launches Her Tenth Fragrance, Tease

Paris Hilton, the famous-for-doing-nothing heiress, stepped out in Hollwood to celebrate the launch Tease, her tenth fragrance. Channeling Marilyn Monroe in front of starstruck fans and paparazzi alike, Hilton walked the pink carpet of her exclusive Hollywood launch party at MyStudio nightclub on Hollywood Boulevard.

Hilton drew inspiration for Tease from Monroe and even dressed the part donning a white Herve Leger bandage dress, cream Louis Vuitton heels, Chopard diamonds, a jewled clutch and faux fur jacket.

"I love Marilyn Monroe," stated Hilton on the pink carpet. "She's always been one of my fashion icons. Doing my tenth fragrance I just thought, she's a 10, and I have to do something to honor Marilyn."

The tenth fragrance, Tease, is a delicious blend of fruits such as Fuji apple, white peach nectar and bergamot, with sunny sea mist accord and accented by frangipani, jasmine and tuberose, finished off with base notes of amber, blonde woods and warm sand accord. Hilton herself describes Tease as, "Sophisticated and glamorous. It's flirty and fun, confident and sexy." Even “Entourage” star, Adrian Grenier, gave Hilton props for her tenth fragrance launch. "It smelled good on her tonight," said Grenier after posing with Hilton on the pink carpet.

When asked about how the heiress came up with the name Tease, she replied "I just thought the name (Tease) represented Marilyn because she was very flirty and fun," she revealed with a smile. "I think every girl wants to live like that."

"It's always a little nerve wracking when you do red carpets because the photographers are screaming your name and there are the flashes which are blinding sometimes, but it's part of my business," Hilton stated confidently. And, despite recent controversy for Hilton surrounding an alleged marijuana arrest in South Africa and alleged law suit against her for not wearing contracted hair extension, an eleventh fragrance is already in the works. In fact, the eleventh fragrance is rumored to actually being rushed out so that it can be available in time for the holiday shopping season at the end of the 2010.

Tease in three different sizes and forms: a 3.4 oz Eau de Parum Spray ($55), 1.7 oz Eau de Parfum Spray ($45) and a 6.7 oz Shimmering Body Lotion ($28); is available in department stores and wherever fine fragrances are sold.

Paris Hilton uses twitter account to seek help for cancer patient

Socialite Paris Hilton is using her twitter account to raise awareness of a young leukaemia patient desperately seeking a bone marrow donor.

The 29-year-old star has linked to the official website of little Devan, four, who is facing a race against time to find a donor so that he can undergo a potentially life-saving operation, reports contactmusic.com.

In a heartfelt post, she writes, "Hey guys, 4 yr-old Devan has leukaemia. Looking for bone marrow donors www.matchdevan.com. Please help."

Paris Hilton set to relaunch music career

Paris Hilton is seemingly set to relaunch her pop career.

The 29-year-old socialite met up with acclaimed songwriter Linda Perry - who is responsible for Christina Aguilera's Beautiful and Gwen Stefani's What You Waiting For?, among other tracks - sparking speculation she is planning a follow-up to her 2006 LP Paris.

Hilton revealed the news on Twitter, writing: "Went and visited Linda Perry at her studio. She is so cool and her studio is incredible. I respect her so much as a producer, what a talent."

Stars Are Blind, the first single from Hilton, was an international smash hit upon its release, reaching the top five in the British, Italian, Swedish and Canadian charts.

Even Lady Gaga admitted she was a fan of the song.

She said: "I always thought that Stars Are Blind was one of the greatest records ever. Quite honestly it was a great pop record."

Hilton previously admitted she would like to work with the Telephone hitmaker on some new music.

She said: "Anything we do will be a surprise, so you can't know about it."

Hilton recently got some musical inspiration at the Coachella Music Festival in California, and "rocked out" to acts including Gorillaz and David Guetta.

She wrote on twitter: "So much fun tonite! Rocked it out to Tomm Yorke and the Gorillaz! So sick!! Loves it! :)

Paris Hilton 'better off' without Doug Reinhardt

Paris Hilton has recovered quickly from the heartbreak of her split from Doug Reinhardt, insisting she's "better off" without the reality TV star.

A representative for the hotel heiress confirmed rumors the couple had parted ways earlier this month, admitting the break-up happened "weeks ago," despite the socialite herself denying the claims just days before.

But Hilton has already moved on from the failed romance and has declared herself so "over" the split.

She tells Usmagazine.com, "I am like, so past that -- I don't even care! I don't even remember that time in my life. I am over it!

"I just realized that I'm better off without him. So I ended it because I deserve something much better! He wasn't right for me and I will eventually find somebody who loves me for who I am."

And Hilton is planning to enjoy all the benefits of being a single girl again -- she intends to stay away from relationships for at least a few months.

She says, "I love it (single life)! I am having so much fun. A lot of guys have obviously hit on me and I am getting thousands of calls, but I'm not ready to be with anyone.

"(I want to) stay focused on myself and my family and my work. Then, maybe in six months or a year ... but for right now, I'm just too busy for a relationship."

Hilton dated the former "The Hills" star for a total of 14 months, although they split briefly last summer before reuniting.

Paris Hilton splits from Doug Reinhardt

Amid speculation of an impending wedding, socialite Paris Hilton has ended her much publicised 14-month romance with The Hills star Doug Reinhardt.

The 29-year-old reality TV star had announced her plans to marry Reinhardt earlier, but the relationship has ended in splitsville, reported E!Online.

"Obviously she broke up with him," said a source close to the blonde beauty but the reason for the split is not clear.

Hilton was seen partying in Las Vegas last weekend and Doug was reportedly planning to fly out to see her but instead he went to the ski-resort of Aspen.

"He was in Aspen with his dad this weekend and was considering stopping by Vegas on the drive back, but changed his mind. I'm pretty sure he went to Aspen to hide out and try to get over her," added the source.

Hilton chose to spend time with her parents, Kathy and Richard, at the weekend and even went clubbing in Vegas with them.

News of a split is sure to disappoint the families of Hilton and 24-year-old Reinhardt.

Earlier this year, the couple spent a week with his parents at a luxury villa on the Caribbean island of Anguilla, where they started calling Hilton "daughter-in-law".

After a night out in February with Reinhardt and her parents, Hilton tweeted about how pleased she was at how well they got on.

"What a fun night! My mom and Doug were so cute dancing together! I love how my parents love my love! We all had a blast! Great night," she had written.
